A & M Towing

Patrick was our hero of the day who so blessed us by going above and beyond the call of duty. God so used this gentleman to help in our time of need. My husband, bulldog, and I were stranded overnight at a rest stop in the very cold weather with two windows that were stuck all the way open and our engine died. No heat in 18 degrees overnight. The next morning our insurance company dispatched A&M Towing who arrived within the hour. He took us to a gas station where I was able to purchase the last antifreeze the store had for autos (which is what overheated our engine as it was bone dry). Once he had our car safely set down, he stayed to make sure our car was running. He brought out his tool bag having the tools to take the door panel off and fixed the front window. Asked us to pay it forward. Bless you Patrick!!!

Naeer was my driver when my Volvo died on me. Not only was he very courteous and patient, but he also offered to take me home after driving to the shop to drop my car off. His truck was also very clean! He was very nice, and I would recommend them to anyone needing towing services.

My car overheated. Background: I called my roadside assistance provider and they dispatched the call to A+M. The roadside assistance company dispatched a driver very speedily, and I got a message that the driver would arrive within 60-90 minutes. Then about 10 minutes later the estimate was updated to 18 minutes (approx). This gave me time to also set up a Lyft drive. Tow Info: When the tow driver arrived I saw him from a 1/2 block away (I parked in a very large hospital parking lot!) so I walked over and told him where to find my car as I also saw the Lyft driver at the same time (perfect timing?). Anyway the tow driver was very timely, patient, and kind. My car was delivered to the service repair shop quickly too. Note: I appreciate the tow drivers that do this kind of work because it is labor intensive, dirty, hot, and they deal with angry people who don't really show a lot of kindness. They deserve a bit of kindness and love too ;D
