I have only dealt with Buddy and Anthony with Buddy's..... both are quick to respond and get everything fixed the first time (mostly). Even at their busiest time of year, they still manage to make it over in a timely manner based on my urgency. They are now the only ones I'll call in town. THEY seem a little pricey, but after shopping around Portales for different repairs, and having others here for repairs, I don't trust anyone in this town, except Buddy's. Buddy and his team always respond in a timely manner. They are very courteous and helpful. Their customer service is amazing. I recommend them for any plumbing and HVAC need! Jeremy, Anthony and a third gentlemen who I didnt get the name of came out for what we thought would be a quick and easy electrical repair and in-cabinet microwave install. The electrical issue was found quickly and easily and repaired professionally. The in-cabinet microwave install turned out to be a bit difficult because a previous contractor had measured the hole in the cabinets incorrectly, this required a lot of work to increase the hole size to the right amount and to line everything up correctly, while still having everything even and look right.
