“I love coming to Sola Salon on Holly Ave, and have loved it since the day it opened. I gladly weathered through the restrictions during COVID with the locked doors, then not locked, then locked again but w/ a buzzer where we could directly buzz our salonist to unlock the door, and now locked but no buzzer and have to text our salonist to either remotely unlock the dooror physically unlock it. While I love the safety that a 24-hour door provides both client and salonist, I will have to say that I have grown weary of waiting outside in the cold, wind, and rain when it's bad weather, I do wish you would hire a door person to sit at the front door to allow immediate access to clients upon their arrival.“
