“The staff was very accommodating and you could tell they loved their jobs. Right there to answer all of my questions for a first timer pup who had only really stayed in a kennel one time in his entire 12 yrs of life. He got good reports for his behavior from the staff and was said to have enjoyed the fun adventure walks they did with him during the day. Our dog seemed very happy and in good spirits when we came to pick him up. He showed no signs of stress and had eaten all of his food and treats that we left for him. We feel very comfortable putting him there again if we need to fly out of ABQ on a future travel adventure.“

“Recently, I brought a very sick stray cat to see Dr Sandlin and her staff. This male cat had been outside in the elements with no human to care for him for quite some time. He was a geriatric cat ( over ten years old),emancipated with hip bones and vertebrae protruding from his thin body, poor vision, poor teeth, probable feline leukemia and possibly a terminal illness .He was with me for almost a month and was peacefully euthanized with the compassionate Team at St Francis'. I am forever grateful for this vet and her caring Team. I have an animal rescue and, I will be bringing all of my animals to this loving Team of "angels". Within 1 day, I have already received a card of condolences from the clinic. Bless all of the employees at this clinic !!!xo“

“My darling Louise is a medium hair and has never been the best at keeping herself clean. Now she is over 16, she has really become ... kinda nasty. Her fur was matted, she didn't smell great and she was itchy. She gets monthly allergy shots to keep the itchiness down, but that doesn't help with the bad hygiene and mats. It never really dawned in me to take her to a groomer, guess I thought that was for pure bred cats with fancy coats. After watching 'Girl with the Dogs' on YouTube, I realized that groomers were for all pets, not just the fancy ones. (^.^) Took Louise to ABQ Cat Grooming today to see if they could help. Oh My. She ended up with a Lion Cut, or basically totally shaved with Boots and tip of her tail still furry. She is so stinking CUTE!!! The Boots are just adorable! She purred the entire way home, she purred when I picked her up to cuddle her, she purred while wandering around the house. I think she feels better. Thank you so, SO MUCH!!!“
