The staff was very accommodating and you could tell they loved their jobs. Right there to answer all of my questions for a first timer pup who had only really stayed in a kennel one time in his entire 12 yrs of life. He got good reports for his behavior from the staff and was said to have enjoyed the fun adventure walks they did with him during the day. Our dog seemed very happy and in good spirits when we came to pick him up. He showed no signs of stress and had eaten all of his food and treats that we left for him. We feel very comfortable putting him there again if we need to fly out of ABQ on a future travel adventure.
Cannot express enough how much our dogs love Canine Country Club. They are always so excited to go inside and when they are returned to us they are happy and exhausted from all the play time. The staff takes such good care of them. You can tell they enjoy their jobs. The rates for boarding are very reasonable. Even after we have moved away from the area, we still consider making the drive here to board them on an extended trip.
Smokey had a fun first visit with the Puppy Play Day socialization group. Friendly and attentive staff. They seem to take very good care of the facilities from what I could see- looks and smells clean and tidy, and organized. Webcam available to watch them play. No charge for the initial visit... nice surprise.
