Greg was very responsive to my sister's need for help. She has a six month old granddaughter living with her and the heater wasn't properly working the last few weeks -- especially during NM's first really cold days. I called Greg and he stopped by to check out the heater. He quickly diagnosed the problem - dirty filter. He didn't charge my sister and told her how to fix it. I sent him a thank you gift for his quickness and generosity. I highly recommend Rio Grande Heating and Cooling.

Greg came to my rescue last minute after a cooling contractor that I scheduled two weeks in advance to do an evaporater cooler "start-up" did not show and didn't call me to tell me otherwise ! I had planned to have my mother's cooler be started the day before I was going out of town for a week and the days were getting upto 95 degrees. She has dementia and so I have to be present at her house in case I hire someone for some work. I called everyone in town, during peak season of course, and everyone was booked for a week. Greg, on such short notice on that Friday, had one of his guys service the cooler that Friday evening after 6 p.m. Thanks Greg !... read full review

Called Greg and he sent out one of his tech's in less then a hour. Very professional and fixed the problem right away. Very reasonable price also.
