The staff is great and the Vet took excellent care of dogs. Dr Payne is so kind with dogs and takes the time to make sure all concerns are addressed. The clinic has been successful in treating a range of health issues, and has been recognized for its compassionate and supportive approach. Clients have also appreciated the clinic's affordable prices and in-house testing capabilities. Los Lunas Animal Clinic is a trusted and recommended destination for pet owners seeking quality care for their animals.
The staff was great and the Vet took excellent care of my dog. The problem occurred when I used my care credit card to pay for the visit it didn’t ask for the 6mos, 12 mos or 18mos. It just processed the amount due. When I called Care credit and asked why, it turned out I didn’t meet the minimum amount requirements to qualify for a promotional. So the amount to be charged to my credit card was a whopping 32% interest, wow. Way too much. In hindsight, It would have greatly helped to know this before using my card. Next time i will need to ensure and ask about what amount qualifies for a promotion.
The staff is great at the Clinic! Julius was very thorough with questions about the annual check up for both Daisy and Sassy.
Dr Payne is so kind with my Dogs. She takes the time to make sure all of my concerns are addressed.
I highly recommend taking your animals to see them.
I can't thank them enough for how soon they were able to fit us in and all that they were able to do for us. They may have saved our diabetic cat by diagnosing him and expertly teaching us to manage his condition. They also managed to diagnose a mysterious illness in our dog that had been hurting her for years, and now she's living her best life!
