I was just looking for a place to go and pick heavy things up and put them back down again.I got that--a clean space, a couple of private toilets and showers, free menstrual products and toothbrushes--and I also somehow found myself looking forward to being greeted by name when I walk in every day.It's like my own personal 'Norm!' from Cheers moment, and I didn't think I'd love it, but I do.The only thing I could really think to ask for (aside from more fans for us sweaty folk!) is a proper deadlift platform, but in the space available it's probably not possible, so I make alternatives work.
We've traveled all over the world, and been to many AFs. This one is by far has the most equipment you'd need. Thanks for having 80lb Lbs. Well stocked, clean facilities also. Can't recommend enough
Great, private gym if you're in the area. I tried Planet Fitness first but didn't like the crowds that came with the lowest prices around. Plus, the place wasn't very clean. Anytime Fitness gives you that private club feel, along with superb cleanliness. Most everyone there takes care of the place as if it were their personal home gym. I personally don't do the extra workout programs, but I overhear the staff give different classes and they all seem to be very inspiring and personable to the members taking the workout classes. I do, however, take the free yoga class that is provided and am seeing my overall body strength increasing from that, so thank you Sharon for leading...read full review
