They were helpful and patient while we asked a million questions before our trip and then when we called every day on our trip they gave us good, informative updates. The dogs seemed to have a good time and Ruth especially was really friendly and great with the dogs. One of our dogs even broke her toe the day before the trip and Ruth kept a close eye on it to make sure it was healing ok.“
