Before moving to Las Cruces I used a Walmart Pharmacy in Arizona. They were excellent. Anytime you needed to talk with someone--there was no problem. But this pharmacy in Cruces is the absolute WORST pharmacy, Walmart or otherwise. I have been TRYING to utilize them for six months. I'm constantly told--"oh we"ll have to order that, we don't have it in stock." These are just simple genetic medications--nothing exotic or fancy. The last two prescription I tried to fill, it took the this pharmacy FOUR DAYS to fill something simple. When ever I've tried and call to talk to someone, they put you on hold (and don't even ask you) The last gal put me on hold for 15 minutes, and NEVER CAME BACK TO THE CALL. I guess she never had any INTENTION of ever coming back to the call. So when I called a second time--the guy just put me on hold again without asking me if I was ok with that (I guess that what they tell the techs to do-just click the person on hold without waiting for a response) This time the wait was 4 minutes. (so now I've been on the phone with these bozos for 19 MINUTES) And I haven't even talked to anyone yet. "We're swamped" He said. Well, that all you ever tell you at this location. HIRE MORE PEOPLE AND TECHS THAN-It's not me, the customers problem. But they make it your problem. WTF WORST PHARMACY EVER.

The female tech was very rude and treated me like I am a drug addict for asking questions about my much needed pain medication prescription that I need for a horrific injury to my back and rotator cuff I need my medication in order get out of bed, be able to walk and to be able to work I will never shop at that pharmacy again because of her sassy mouth i just wanted my meds so that I can continue working. Not for nefarious reasons. I feel degraded and like a low life on top of indescribable pain that I suffered in an attack after my car was stolen God I hate this town and I can't wait to move!
