    I went to buy three items at 6 pm. There were three associates, and they couldn’t agree on who would ring my items up. I just wanted to buy my items, but the lack of coordination among the staff made the process unnecessarily long. I think having a self check out may solve the issue ???? I do understand it’s the end of the day, but it was the end of mine too.

    I visited Ulta Beauty on Sunday to find a foundation for my wedding, and I had an amazing experience! Jackie was incredibly helpful and took the time to help me find the perfect shade. She matched the foundation to my skin tone flawlessly, and her expertise made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Jackie also encouraged me to download the Ulta Beauty app, which I'm glad I did because I earned extra rewards points. Overall, I had a fantastic experience thanks to Jackie, and I highly recommend visiting Ulta Beauty for all your beauty needs!

    I’ve been a customer of Ulta since 2004 & never had a problem until last week. I ordered a NARS tinted moisturizer because the Las Cruces store didn’t have the shade I wanted. I used my bank card to pay for it. That charge went on my bank acct like normal, &, then, 2 days later, a duplicate charge for the same amount was charged to my bank card, apparently, @ Ulta’s corporate HQ in Illinois. I called Ulta customer sx & had the worst experience I’ve ever had with customer sx which is saying something.
