The Imaging Center of Las Cruces

Recently had an appointment for an ultrasound at this facility. This is something I have done many times. This time it was an unfortunate experience all around. Checked in for my appointment, which the registration desk acknowledged was 9:00. I was told there was a 30-minute delay. Since I also needed an X-ray, I was called in for that. After the x-ray, I went back to the waiting room for the US. When I was called in for the US, I asked if the woman ahead of me was a walk-in. I was told “no” she had an appointment at 9:00 and my appointment was 9:30. (Interestingly, this woman walked into the facility right before me). My daughter had a very important endocrinologist appointment that relied on the results of her xray & ultrasound and they never sent it over. We had to reschedule her endo appointment because they didn’t send the results, and I called prior to her new appointment and the receptionist said “will see when we can send them over.. it may not be in the time you want it..” after I let her know we NEED these results. We have a very important appointment regarding my daughter’s health. This is the second time I’ve called trying to get her imaging sent over. Very disgusted with this place!! They need new staff. And definitely a new receptionist!

This place is awful I’ve had an X-ray rescheduled over 7 times because they don’t have a tech. I showed up and they told me they canceled my appointment saying they don’t have a tech. Which is ridiculous. They just tell me sorry. I drove over an hour just to get told they don’t have a tech. This is so frustrating. I would give them -2 stars if I could this is ridiculous.
