Malachi came to our home this morning to help us with an issue we were having with our a/c unit. Fortunately, it was a user error. He was friendly, professional and helped us correct the problem without making us feel silly for our dumb mistake. Malachi is great! We are so appreciative of his knowledgeable quick fix to our problem. He’s a great representative of Sun City’s customer service.
