I upgraded my rating after getting a really good cut, style and hair education from the manager, Sandy. She did an excellent job and I will definitely be going back to her in the future!I got my haircut last week and it is awful. I asked for shoulder length but it's way too short. I wanted long layers but 3/4 of my hair is pretty much one length and I don't know what is going on in the right side of my head. I've washed it a couple of times and tried to style it but it's just bad. I asked for a blow-dry and left with a mostly damp head.

Sandy is a fantastic hair stylist! Every experience I've had with her has been exemplary. She also remembers me each time I go in and remembers what we talked about last time. I highly recommend going here and requesting Sandy!

Mercedes took her time and did a fantastic job artiscally shaping my Mothers hair to satisfy her. We were so happy with the service and not feeling rushed for just another snip and go. It meant alot to her because she is in a wheelchair and doesnt get out much. Thank you Mercedes, you have excellent hair and customer service skills. We'll be back to see you!
