“Leticia has a small one-stop salon - where (generally speaking) she focuses on one client at a time. Thus, it really is "All About U"! Leticia is a rare cosmetologist who is multi-faceted in her abilities to do nails, hair including braids, and facials. I experienced the hour and 45 minute pedicure with massage using hot stones. The massage chair was amazing, and my toes were so pretty. I then had a shampoo with deep hair conditioning with add-on scalp oil. Hair felt rejuvenated! Prices were very affordable, and Leticia is very client focused. Will be back.“

Ana and her twin sister are delightful and give excellent care. Ana was attentive and cut my hair exactly in the style that I asked for. “Not only are the products absolutely phenomenal, the customer service is the best I’ve ever had. My first order came with a free lipstick (awesome), but the wrong 6 pan eyeshadow was sent. No big deal, I wrote to them to ask for the correct palette and offered to send back the wrong one. I received a response about 15 minutes after I sent the message. They had me keep the wrong palette they sent and sent me the correct one. Already amazing service. Today I received the package for my original ordered palette and to my surprise, they had included a 30 pan palette to make up for the mistake! I mean WOW, I was in complete shock. Along with the fact I had already made a second order to get brushes (so soft btw), and received ANOTHER free lipstick. This company shows in every way they care about their customers. Not to mention woman and indigenous owned! Prados has my business forever and everyone should give them a try!“

“I had an amazing three-month journey (May to July) at Paragon Medi Spa for the Helix with Tonya. The entire experience was smooth and comfortable. Tonya and Jennifer were warm, friendly, and professional. Every visit was a pleasure. Highly recommend this place and will definitely return if I need anything in the future.

She takes the time to explain each procedure, you can customize your own package based on what you can afford, the office staff is terrific, and the waiting area, the rooms & RR are clean & quiet. I’ve been to many other “Aestheticians” (I use that word loosely as many are RN’s that attended a 3 day clinic in Scottsdale)in Las Cruces & Anna is by far the most knowledgeable, professional & has the most up to date & recent technology! “Pay no attention to half of these bad reviews, most are just ppl expecting the world to revolve around them. Keep in mind this is a SCHOOL, and as with most these stylist are there in class so their time is limited. Appointments are recommended, but so is having time on YOUR schedule and the patients to let them learn. There is no mistake the teachers can't fix and HAIR GROWS so anything you may dislike would be temporary.Now as for my personal experience, both myself and my daughter have gone on a number of occasions over the last 10+ years and have always walked away happy. The only down is the amount if time it takes, but this is a beauty salon so it takes time ;) I eould recommend them as not only are you getting a cheap hair cut, your helping someone.“
