“Leticia has a small one-stop salon - where (generally speaking) she focuses on one client at a time. Thus, it really is "All About U"! Leticia is a rare cosmetologist who is multi-faceted in her abilities to do nails, hair including braids, and facials. I experienced the hour and 45 minute pedicure with massage using hot stones. The massage chair was amazing, and my toes were so pretty. I then had a shampoo with deep hair conditioning with add-on scalp oil. Hair felt rejuvenated! Prices were very affordable, and Leticia is very client focused. Will be back.“

She knows what she is doing and cuts your hair the way you want it. We are always satisfied with our haircuts thank you for always doing great work.“

“Overall, I love the work Sandy does. She makes you look very natural, and she's such a sweetheart who makes you feel comfortable in your skin. She's also honest about the treatment. However, I'm not giving five stars because of an issue with an assistant at this med spa, whose name I believe is Janai. She has reportedly shared information about clients' treatments with others, which is a serious breach of privacy. Despite the HIPAA protections and privacy documents I signed, my confidentiality was not respected. While I personally don't feel strongly enough to report it, others should be cautious. Interestingly, someone I barely know knew exactly what I had done, even though the results were very subtle—none of my parents or coworkers, who see me regularly, even noticed.“

“RUN TO THIS PLACE CAUSE IT'S AMAZING!!!!!!!! So this is my second lash lift and let me just say I wish I could give it 100 stars. So a little background, the first experience I had was at a different location, didn't get as much as a lift and I also had a burning/itchy sensation throughout that made me never want to try to do a lash lift again (because I thought that's how all of them are supposed to be like). I am so happy though that I ended up finding Rustic Glamour and doing a lift with Lu because not only was it a super smooth process (NO ITCHING OR BURNING AT ALL.. and mind you I have sensitive skin), she's also amazing at making the time go with some great stories. I've literally found my go to place in Las Cruces. It's also a down to earth/friendly environment. I mean the proof is in the photos, my normal lashes are straight with a downward incline!!!!!!“
