Pay no attention to half of these bad reviews, most are just ppl expecting the world to revolve around them. Keep in mind this is a SCHOOL, and as with most these stylist are there in class so their time is limited. Appointments are recommended, but so is having time on YOUR schedule and the patients to let them learn. There is no mistake the teachers can't fix and HAIR GROWS so anything you may dislike would be temporary.Now as for my personal experience, both myself and my daughter have gone on a number of occasions over the last 10+ years and have always walked away happy. best cosmetology go and learn to be a super stylist...EXCELENT SCHOOL.
They did a great job on cutting and coloring my hair. Everyone needs to learn.
