I have been a patient of Dr. Hempstead's office for about 35 years. He is thorough, proactive, has a great bedside manner, amd is without question the most knowledgeable dermatologist in the region. I suffered from some pretty significant sun burns as a child so I have paid very close attention to my skin over the years. I would trust no other doctor with my skin health. If you are looking for the best of the best, Dr. Hempstead is it. Dawn and his office staff are also very helpful and considerate.

Dr. Hempstead has been a huge help for me! He is highly knowledgeable and skilled in the field of dermatology. This, coupled with many years of specialized medical experience in his field, gives one a secured comfort. His "country doctor" approach has a personal touch that understands the patients needs and applies the best in modern medicine with simple common sense. In my case, all of his treatments in topical surgery and cryosurgery have had amazing and long lasting results. I am very fortunate to have him as my dermatologist!
