This is a great Pilates place, with an expert trainer. While visiting Las Cruce I visited her studio and was shown some great ways to improve lower abdomen tightening exercises. Who doesn't want that? If you want the best visit Pi Pilates.
The best Pilates instructor in New Mexico!! We are so incredibly lucky in Las Cruces!! Ellen takes individual time with each client and makes sure that you understand all about Pilates and the Reformers prior to starting your incredible workout. Highly Recommend!!!
