I think you have a very sophisticated billing system however, someone needs to take care of it. I received a notice by email saying that I had a bill. I followed the link told I had no payment due. A few minutes later, I received a phone call from a recorded message saying that I needed to pay my bill. I did try to call the number they gave me which is impossible to speak to anyone. This was very frustrating for everyone who is trying to pay a bill.
You may do better if every once in a while, the IT department went through the process and listened to how frustrating this is. It may also increase your revenue.

I left a message in the portal Tuesday morning. At the end of the day I received a message with a referral to a GI dr whose first appointment is October 17! Thursday morning I called the nurse line and left a message that I really needed to speak to someone. No response. At noon I called again and talked to a nice lady who said she would give the message to a nurse. At 3 pm I headed to the emergency room. I never did receive a call from anyone. I love my dr, but wish she would move elsewhere.

This place deserves zero star. This place is 100% junk stay away from it. If you have cancer do not go here you will suffer and die. To my fellow First responders stay away from this trash hole. They have all this fancy new equipment and no patience literally I saw 12 to 15 chairs and not one patient and for their staff members were just standing around looking at YouTube videos. They will always push the chemo even though it will never cure your cancer this is a scam place. I request to see a surgical oncologist through the VA they sent me there and there is no surgical oncologist at this IV shop. This place was a waste of my time and money.
