Memorial Bone + Joint Center

I don't recommend this office, they don't answer their phones or return calls requesting help information. I had to drive 200+ mile round trip to ask what was happening on my case. Fortunately I had dentist appointments on those two trips. I complained to the office manager and then asked for my medical records to get an other doctor after excuse after accuse

I had my knee surgery about a year ago (2023). Dr. Schwartz and Everett did a fantastic job. Quick but attentive. Everything they explained to me occurred exactly as they stated. I totally recommend. The staff needs more help, they are always overwhelmed. Overall great Orthopedic facility.

The doctor we saw was very informative, professional, and kind. He answered all our questions and gave excellent recommendations for our plan of care. Front office staff and medical assistant were also friendly. Only reason I did not rate five stars was due to wait time and limited communication on how long the wait would be. Our wait time was 1 hour and 15 minutes long with other patients seeming to have a similar wait time (around an hour). There was also some limited seating for most of our wait, with 1-3 chairs being open at a time (in the main waiting room); however, there was a sign for additional seating around the corner (we just didn't get to see it).
