Would not recommend if you are a disabled military veteran and have a service animal. My girlfriend and I had a scheduled soak and massage. We were turned away because she has a trained service animal. They're website explicitly says no pets. Understandably. Service animals are not pets. They are trained working animals, protected by federal law under the Americans with Disabilities Act title ll and title lll. Under this law, a person with a disability cannot be asked to remove their service animal from the premise, unless the dog is out of control or the dog is not housebroken. Neither of which were the case. The service animal was denied entry due to the "potential" for her to bark. if she barks, there's something wrong. This is unacceptable and against federal law. They broke the law. I refuse to support a business that doesn't support service animals, military veterans, or individuals with disabilities.
