    I understand people are frustrated that Jay's can't get to them exactly when they want/need service. Jay's only has two tech's. Due to COVID shutting down businesses and manufacturing facilities, parts and supplies are not as readily available as they were "pre-COVID". So it does take longer to make needed repairs. That is something Jay's, nor any company,, has control over.Service: HVAC repair

    Jays was dispatched via Lowes appliance warranty. Technician showed up on time, diagnosed issue and came back to repair my oven when parts came in from the manufacturer. Technician was knowledgeable and friendly. Great experience!
