Except for trying to schedule the appointment by phone, which apparently was answered by a regional call center, which recommended that I just walk in the next morning, every other experience I had with Familia Dental was great, from the kind and considerate receptionists to the dental assistants, x-ray tech, and the dentist, who answered all my questions.
This is Vicki Taylor. The receptionist and dental assistant were nice and friendly. I did not have to wait long. The dentist seemed to be in a hurry and didn't explain one thing I asked her to. I thought my teeth were going to be cleaned,but weren't. She didn't do a very good job of explaining the cost of things, she was in a hurry to answer her phone. The assistant explained some of them to me. I left not being sure of everything being done and when.
I really enjoyed my visit at family dental it was fast and the nurse was awesome and the doctor was great I would send family there cuz there fast and understanding thank you for helping me with my situation
