My 9-year-old daughter needed a checkup for her first phase of braces back in August 2022. We had just moved to Hobbs and Farnsworth Orthodontics made my top choice as some of my family members had good experiences using them in the not-so-recent past.Our first visit was great. The only drawback that concerned me was a lack of communication due to a no callback. I left a voicemail, then days went by so I decided to try again thinking my phone service might have been not clear that day.I'm so glad I stuck it out with Farnsworth. The entire staff is friendly and efficient. My daughter doesn't get nervous coming here. Recently (4/26/2023) we were here to get her top removable retainer tightened. I was delighted to hear that they were able to squeeze her the following day after school.Most likely my daughter will need phase 2 braces after she loses a few baby teeth. If we're still in the area at that time, then I will certainly go with Dr. Farnsworth's office. TIPS+ they provide snacks during and even ice cream after visits+ once you're in an exam room, there is hardly any wait to continue your visit with the doctor+ payment plans are available if your insurance doesn't cover treatment
