I had surgery at Covenant in Hobbs yesterday morning, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. The efficiency from check-in to surgery completion and discharge was remarkable. Every staff member and nurse who assisted me was highly professional, efficient, and attentive. Their positive attitudes and pride in their work were evident. The camaraderie among the staff created a calm and relaxing environment, which helped ease my anxiety about the surgery. Dr. Brown was an excellent surgeon, providing thorough information both before and after the procedure. On Tuesday Oct 31 I had to take a family member to the ER. It was not a life threatening situation, but could have been very serious. He was registered and taken back almost immediately. The staff was thorough, efficient and kind. He had to be transported to Lubbock to Covenant. He was also treated with the same professionalism there as here. A big thank you to the ER staff!
