“Jae did an amazing job with my hair today (2/13/2024). It started out rough for me with Studio 26, but they came through in a colossal way. First, I missed their office hours a few times. Then when I did get a number for a stylist I was told to "just text her," but she didn't contact me for a few days... This is an appointments-only salon. Very rarely do they accept walk-ins. I did receive an apologetic message that she was available on this date at 10AM. We followed up with a few more texts about the haircut I was seeking. She also sent a reminder text that morning and remembered my name when I walked in. I noticed this place was a bit more upscale and more up my alley compared to some of the other places in Hobbs. My shampoo, cut, and style was $45 - cash only! Aside from her addiction to TikTok, I really liked Jae. Her attention to detail and constant checking in with me about my hair made me realize she's great at her craft - even with my thick locks! Ample free parking in a shared plaza lot.“
