The CrossFit coaches are really knowledgeable! They gave me a lot of confidence with my overall health and exercise routines. I love the variety of workouts that I do and the recipes I get. If you have goals to be strong and healthy; this is a good start or an overall boost if your stuck! I always highly recommend this place to anyone who asks!

Fire+Ice Nutrition and Fitness has helped me achieve fitness levels that I didn’t even know I was capable of achieving. The coaches are committed to their clients success. I train with Coach Marcel and he not only keeps my nutrition on track but pushes my fitness to the next level. I am grateful for everything I’ve learned and continue to accomplish.
