“Every time I am in need of plumbing service, I call Horizon! The owners are amazing! The care they put into out community does not go unnoticed! When you call the office, you speak to a very polite staff member named Ann Marie, she is so helpful and polite that it makes you feel more at ease. I have never had to wait an unnecessary amount of time and they are always available to assist us. I have been blessed to have had amazing workers come and do the jobs we have requested, but there is one individual who exceeds expectations, a young man named Coby, he is the most polite, efficient and thorough worker I have seen or experienced. He comes in, greets you with manners (good morning, no sir, please, thank you and always in a good mood). I will always use this company not only for the owners but their staff!“
