I was in quite a jam. My air conditioner went out a few days before closing on our home that we were selling, and it was 100 degrees to boot. The first call I made was to a small local company that had worked on my heater previously. After being postponed twice, I called Rose Brothers in a panic and Ashley was incredible. She somehow worked the schedule to fit us in the next day and RJ came, diagnosed the problem and replaced the compressor the next day. He was friendly, professional and very efficient. The world could use more Ashley's and RJs. Thank you Rose Brothers.

Arlo was great! He didn't complain once, despite my crawl space being a pain to work in. He got the job done when another company told me they couldn't work on my unit and that I had to replace the entire system. He was very respectful and kind as well! Thank you!
So happy I found Rose Bros. The office was really helpful and sent text reminders of my appointment. Arlo was super professional and well versed in all things cooling and heating and walked me through everything as he serviced my MasterCool and got me ready for summer.
