Very pleasant, explained everything he was doing step by step with no BS. Did not try to oversell what was needing to be done to complete job. Had a previous bad experience with another company. Did not charge extra when he realized there was a misunderstanding and was I was looking for a repair and not an estimate and it put him after normal business hours. Awesome overall experience.
