The dentists and hygienists are known for their gentle approach, ensuring patients are comfortable throughout their visit. They are also commended for their effective treatment planning. Upon arrival, patients are promptly taken to an exam room and greeted by welcoming staff who use a personal touch by calling patients by name. While the front office staff can be a bit noisy at times, they are described as nice individuals. The dental office has also demonstrated flexibility in accommodating emergency cases. They are praised for their work in fixing patients' teeth and improving their dental health. However, it is suggested that they try to complete all necessary work in one appointment, especially for patients who find it difficult to take time off work.
