Our AC went out late June. I called Medallion and they would be out a week sooner than other companies. The woman who answered was helpful and pleasant to speak with. Pat, the technician, was very informative and knowledgeable in our split unit system. Pat was able to diagnose, repair the unit quickly, and provide maintenance recommendations. I highly recommend using Medallion!

Very friendly from first contact on phone. Did not start off by saying there would be two trip charges, one to come out and assess the problem with our HVAC and then another when and if they had to come back with parts etc. like several other companies. That just starts conversation on wrong foot...being told there would be an additional $200 no matter what the issue is. Tech came out within a few days and was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Problem was simple, low on Freon. Charged it up, checked it out and was done. Thank you. Will definitely use Medallion again.
