“Good people....friendly. Our account manager works hard to address all our complaints and issues. But I do think they could do a better job with communication especially with contact terms and practices...SIGNED CONTRACT...Without being told that what I was signing was a contract much less a 5 YEAR CONTRACT!! Yikes!“
