“I had my new furnace put in a week ago but it had not been calibrated for my house, so when I called to get that set up they were able to get me in the next morning at the start of a huge snow storm. Frank, the technician with all the brains and wisdom of 30 years in the industry, arrived on time and went straight to work. He was brilliant. I haven't had the pleasure of being able to put my full trust in a professional for a long time. He actually knew what he was doing! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and his integrity was superb. He noticed that a part wasn't working like it should (despite it being brand new out of the box) and removed it, ordered a new one, picked it up and returned to my home to install it the same day. I was so relieved to be lucky enough to have someone of this caliber, that even if it sounds goofy, I was moved to tears of gratitude. Thanks Frank for doing such a spectacular job!
