This place is great! At first I was a little scared of the doctor, a big tall man, and every time he came out of an exam room he would yell, “AMBERRRR!” But then when we were in the exam room and got to meet him, Dr. Kent, he was SO kind and gentle and loving with my little kitty cat!! The staff were all so nice and the visit was affordable.
I am very happy with the service from everybody at Arroyo Seco. The front desk lady is superb and patient, the guys aiding the vets are super cool and friendly, and the vets are very competent. Please note that some of the bad reviews are from YEARS ago and mainly due to the secretary upfront. Their charges are fair and the service is great. I take my 3 dogs and my cat when needed. Granted, they are booked sometimes BUT so is every other vet here in Santa Fe. We are lucky to have them as the doctors for my fur babies :-) KUDOS TO ARROYO
The service here is consistently high quality and although they are a busy business everyone is always incredibly kind & patient. The staff and vets truly go above and beyond to take care of their furry patients and humans. Thankful for this place!
