The Best- I can't recommend Dave and Alpine Cleaning Solutions enough! This is now the third carpet cleaning they have done for me and the carpets look even better than new. Dave was also able to remove some stubborn spots- I don't need to replace my carpets for awhile now. VERY professional and knowledgeable. I am grateful!

TILE Deep-Clean/Re-Seal: The saltillo tiles in my kitchen were so dirty, probably due to spills not being cleaned up fast enough and sealer not being applied often enough under a previous owner, that I was ready to replace all of it. Carpet Works did a cleaning a year ago for about $800 that hardly made a difference. After 1 recommended company didn't call me back even to say he was too busy, I went with Alpine. My tile floors look wonderful; no longer does it look like someone's arm started bleeding in front of my oven. (THAT was a DEEP spill that I couldn't get out even with sand paper.) Dave estimated 3 1/2 days for the job and gave me a reasonable price -- about double what I had paid Carpet Works a year before for only a half-day of work and limited results. Due to some kind of build-up on the tile that wasn't immediately obvious, he and his helper ended up needing an extra day to get down to the bottom layer. HE didn't bring up the fact that probably some extra payment was merited; I did. I have the feeling that he never would have even asked for extra; he is just intent on doing the best possible job that he can, given the age and condition of the floor. Great responsiveness on the front end; wonderful work ethic and best possible results on the back end. He also cleaned my MBR carpet, and you can't tell anymore where a 135-pound Newfoundland occasionally sleeps and chews on marrow bones.

Dave gets 5 stars because: My brick floors are now totally gorgeous! They used to be the bane of my existence, as every spill stained, even water. He's very conscientious and good at communicating about what to expect from the job. He uses a greener product with very low odor (I can be sensitive to chemical smells) He's a hard worker, trustworthy and a nice guy. His price was very reasonable! (unlike the others I checked) He and his helper were able to move the two pianos and two couches and a king size bed to the side and work around them, while the rest of the furniture had to be vacated. Worth all the effort on our part, and his working around the rest, made the job doable vs having to hire movers. While not every single stain came out, the remaining ones aren't a bother, because the floor overall is so beautiful, and many of them are no longer there or very noticeable anymore. (If I'd had more time, i'd have hit the worst ones with Stain Solver before he came to do the floors. It was a recent discovery - a product that actually gets oil out of brick. it would never have made the floors look gorgeous as they do now, though - just less stained than they had been.) Be aware that he does not accept credit cards.
