Eyemart express said an exam would be $85. JUST for an exam, to get new glasses here, ***$210.*** I did explain I had medicare but not time for ophthalmology appt. Not happening, rather drive out of town than pay Such a Huge Mark up

This center should take a step back and focus more on customer service. The way they treat people the day I went was very unprofessional. I witnessed a nice young and polite lady be treated so awful I myself felt they were racist towards her. I don't understand how they ask her to speak up because they couldn't hear her only to turn around and say she's speaking to loud then began to argue with her and turn down her service. I to felt offended on how she was treated. Do better guys it 2024

I've been going to Southwest Eye Center for about 6 years and have had excellent eye care. Dr. Petracca is the most knowledgeable and kind Optometrist I've ever had. He catches the smallest details and gives a thorough exam every time. He caught an anomaly in my left eye that no one before ever did. This, with a simple flashlight! I recommend SW Eye Center totally.
