Theresa was very kind and accommodating. The RV park is very basic. No wifi or cable. TV stations nonexistent. No dog park, but there was a small field behind her place where the dogs could run. Not sure if they were allowed, but we were desperate. There is a sweet older dog that roams the campground. It belongs to the park. Just be aware if you have dogs. $30 cash. Road noise since it’s literally off the highway. Decent enough for one night.

Great spots but the Forest Service roads had been hammered by recent monsoons. We discovered Theresa’s using Google Maps and figured we couldn’t go wrong at $30 a night. She greeted us warmly with a great sense of humor and wonderful wit.Her little RV Park is not a fully loaded KOA Journey but if you want water, 50/30/20 hookups and sewer on a level plot, Theresa can accommodate with back-in or pull through. Just give her a chance, it’s worth the effort. The highway is near so you do hear some traffic and Jake brakes up until 11:00 pm and the noise diminishes as the traffic does.Electric... read full review

I adore Theresa! She is very responsive to her guests. Stayed there twice this trip and was glad I did. Peaceful place with a good view of the mountains. Not fancy but I really liked. It.Safety: I felt safe there.Walkability: Small roads behind the rv park.
