“This was my third time coming to Ritual and booking with Hannah. First off, I love the location. It is quiet, clean, and relaxing. The space is very welcoming and what I love about it is that it doesn’t feel like a clinic. It’s a personalized experience for every client that walks in the door. In regards to my experience, 5 stars all the way around. Hannah is professional, knowledgeable, and gentle in both manner and execution. I have gone to her for facials, and had my first wax with her. She explained the process and we went and ensured that I was comfortable the entire time. My lash lift and tint that I received previously was wonderful, has lasted a long time, and I could really see a difference. I love that they use quality products and make many of the face masks that they use. They use real ingredients and each time, they smell good enough to eat! I highly recommend visiting here. I look forward to returning and trying other services!“

“I went to see Amy for a lash perm and it was my 1st time at this location. It's cute, but private. They do hair, skin, and more. The staff was kind, the parking was easy, and more importantly the products are top-shelf. Amy really listened to my needs when I said most lash lifts need a little more time on me. Because she listened this lift actually stayed the longest I've ever had and had no problem (eg. lashes falling out). I also spoke to her about my issues with my skin since child birth and she recommended a product that has now almost eliminated the issue I was speaking about. I do believe after 23 years I've found a new esthetician and have already booked with her in 2024. Kicker- if you don't like calling places, they can help you via text! 10/10 recommend“
