“I went to Tori with an idea, she listened, she got it, and she went to work. Perfect, absolutely perfect! Color fading from magenta to mauve, with silvery streaks of natural grey. Not a drop of amonia or peroxide, washout with color fast conditioner (no shampoo), and air dry. Tori is a color artist. And the cut, I didn't have a clue how to fix a unicorn chop I did with the dog's grooming sheers a few weeks ago. Tori had seen this before. She knew exactly what to do, and now I have a perfect layered cut. Thank you, Tori.“

She kept my length but gave me layers and dimension. The styling afterwards really surprised me because my hair texture is extremely hard to blowout in one go. But she managed it! I’m very happy with the outcome. I will definitely try to come back to see her again!“

Now its no hate on the nail tech as far as personality. I tipped because I still wanted to be polite and she was still very sweet, but paying almost 90(with tip) just wasnt worth it. I had to even ask her to fix the nails because they were bulky on one side of the nail and i had to ask her to clean under my nails because there was dried acrylicand glue which i still have some stuck to my thumb and nail and its a bit painful to separate. There's almost no apex to the nail so im afraid if I hit my finger in a certain way there goes my whole nail. The nails itself are bumpy and some have bubbles. I do love the color and chrome she used I wanted more but decided to go with very basic because I wasnt satisfied with how my nails were turning out. My cuticles weren't even clipped or managed and I still have a bunch of dead skin I had to maintenance myself. I did see the other techs and they looked amazing with their work I may go back with one of them but that was my first time there and it left a bad experience for me. All I recommend is to ask for their experience going forward. Again the girl was absolutely sweet and she did deserve the tip due to personality but the price itself was not worth what I paid. I hope she continues to grow and succeed though because she does have the personality for customer service.“
