With my new prescription, I was looking for the same pair of frames that I bought last year only to find that they weren’t in stock any longer. The manager at optical source took on the search for my frames, found them in a week or so, and they’re currently putting my new lenses in them. I appreciate the customer service, the willingness to research and solve an issue and the great attitude. I will be back again next year!!“
