I turned in my tax stuff over a year ago. I continued to call throughout the year to get status updates and every time I was assured that I should not worry and that they would get done. After repeated attempts to get through to Richard he finally emailed me stating that he was sorry for the delay. He also sent me a list of " preliminary items" that he already had from a year ago just to get started. Oh yeah, and that he was going to charge me $800 more for a total of $1,800 because my taxes somehow became more complicated from when I initially met with him. Painless experience....NOT!! I was told I would receive a call back four different times but that didn't happen! I had to keep calling to find out the information I needed about a check for my HOA. Finally, I was told by a female, that refused to give me her name, that she did receive my check and it had been in their office for "a week or so, but she hadn't had the time to process it, yet". She assured me she was working on making copies and getting mine as well as the other checks she had taken care of but she wouldn't be going to the bank until two days later, so my check should clear my bank early the following week. It still hasn't been cleared at my bank. LIES, LIES, LIES. I spoke with Rick but he wasn't very helpful. He doesn't know where the checks are or where the copies were. He didn't want to check their account statement to verify if a deposit was made and didn't want to contact the person I spoke with, nor give me her name for my records. I would not trust this company as far as I could throw an elephant. They make promises they don't follow through with, they have a very questionable office procedure for filing since I was unable to get any information on the work that was said was done. They have had my check for far to long for it not to have been processed and as the owner of this business MOT to know how to obtain the information for the questions I was asking is totally unacceptable. I will be notifying my HOA of the shotty work from this company. Don't use these guys. Totally unprofessional company. A second grader could do a better job!!
