They were very timely coming out to look at the job. They had to order a part and as soon as the part came I , they installed the part. We just completed our new house, and Monster was our electrician. We knew what we wanted, but weren't quite sure how to get there. Ernie listened to what we said, built a plan, and made it happen. He helped us design a lighting scheme, that was beautiful and functional. Great people and an absolute pleasure to work with (I wish all of our contractors were this good lol).
