Been going here for a few years and everything was great till this year. I was told me and my partner couldn't both do head of household and I had said on the phone not to do it after I had asked why and such. Anyway, she did it anyway and now I have to do an adjustment. I said not to put us both and when I got to the office she had already done it. Paid way more than any other year with less to do than any other year. I get everyone is having a hard time with covid. Try doing it with all of that and not getting your tax return because someone wanted to be sparky and check a box they KNOW THEY SHOULDNT.

I have been going to them for years for taxes......the only negative is that the price goes up almost every year. I havent been targeted for an audit by IRS, so I'm assuming they are competent. I havent encountered any issues to date.

Dispite the other reviews I've had nothing but excellent service with both gene and his wife. This year will be my fourth year filing with them. The prices are comparable to H&R and they are locals to the town, which I consider a win. I will continue be a customers of thiers for more years to come
