I can’t believe how this company treats their customers! The owner, a lady told me someone would show up to my house at a certain time. No one ever showed and her excuse is they needed to find a part to fix my water heater. I kept texting and calling because no one was getting back to me and she was absolutely rude and lied to me about ghosting my text messages. She hangs up on me and I called her back, then she tells me they couldn’t find my part and I have to find another company while yelling at me.
