I called on Sunday 9-22-24 to ask about nail trim. I was told they take walk-ins. I asked if I could go right away and was told I could. When I got there I was told only 1 groomer who couldn't take my dog. What a waste of time, the lady I spoke to on the phone shouldn't have told me I could go in. ***I'm updating my review since I did get a response regarding my complaint. Lucy apologized and offered a nail on them. I'll be taking him in on Dec 2nd.***
We love Wolf Gang! Service is always very friendly and accommodating. We have 2 dogs and grooming is always a green experience. One of our dogs is a little difficult, but the groomers are always willing to help and are very patient. Especially Megan and Mariah and jasmine. I highly recommend this place for grooming and treats and supplies.
My puppy had been to 2 previous groomers and only received a puppy cut but desperately needed a trim on her body due to the summer heat. Ana was so patient with my puppy and gave her the perfect hair cut! Rachel and Jasmine in the front were so kind and helpful also! I will definitely be back for grooming services, toys, and treats!
