Tony was amazing! He really helped me understand the need for new windows. I am very excited to see how they will help me save money on my heating and AC. The price was cheaper than the other 4 window companies I had out. I am excited to see them in my home. Based on the presentation, the windows look high quality and sturdy. They even stood on it and showed me how it won't break!
Just got out windows done yesterday and finished today by window world, our friend recommended them and he was right. The people were great, the service was great and I love our new windows! Thank you guys so much I'm so glad we called. :)
So far... amazing. I got 2 quotes from other places. They both gave outrageous prices that were "a discount" that I only got if I signed right then. I called Window World and they sent someone out within an hour. The person who came was so helpful. I got a no pressure quote that was over $2000 less. Plus they said they could be out within 2 weeks to do my windows. The other 2 said it would be 4 to 6 months. Will update after install. So far 5 stars.
