So far I am not impressed. I would like to give a more detailed review but just getting the phones answered (first attempt disconnected 2nd transfer dropped) or a return call from a designer (3rd call got through spoke with someone who stated they would pass my information on to a designer with no response a week later) appears to be an early hurdle.It is a shame, I heard good things.

So far... amazing. I got 2 quotes from other places. They both gave outrageous prices that were "a discount" that I only got if I signed right then. I called Window World and they sent someone out within an hour. The person who came was so helpful. I got a no pressure quote that was over $2000 less. Plus they said they could be out within 2 weeks to do my windows. The other 2 said it would be 4 to 6 months. Will update after install. So far 5 stars.

Sales good at first then just okay later. Price was $1145 per window installed on the high side, quality of windows, good. Windows were torn out and replaced fast. Install crew lead was unprofessional, rude and an over all jerk. Thus is why a three star. Manager was nice.Service: Window installation
