I have been a returning customer for my pets' needs. The employees at this particular location have been so professional, compassionate, and empathetic. I could not have been blessed more with the staff that have continually taken care of my pups and contributed to their health and wellbeing. I want to especially recognize Bernadette who assisted me recently with a troubling situation of financial crisis. Bernadette was so considerate of me and my pups. I almost didn't come here because of some of the reviews but we called and the lady working was very sweet and informative. I get there and let them know my dog is super reactive and they immediately get us in a room . The nurse that came in first, Margo, was extremely helpful and super friendly. I can't say enough how appreciative I am when I deal with someone who's nice and talks to you in a friendly way. She was awesome with my pittie and you could tell how much she loves her job working with the animals. The ideal person you want to have work on your dog. i'm always booking appointments for my dogs and i come at the exact time my appointment is at and they still tell me they are waiting on a technician, i was waiting outside for my dogs to get picked up for about 30-40 mins honestly it is just un acceptable.
