Never have I ever encountered a trainer like Jerry! I love the individual time, care, knowledge and program each of us has. There are three of us who attend at the same time, each not only with our own individual needs but our own quirkiness as well! But I’d like to focus on my daughter’s training. excellent personalized training for each person based on their needs and goals. I love how Jerry listens to you, customizes your workout and monitors your progress each time you come in. He analyzes how you move, the way you are doing the exercise and gives you feedback to improve your performance. If you’re not able to to an exercise due to injury, he adapts it to address your situation. All without judgement. And providing encouragement

I have been training with Jerry since 2014. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made concerning my health and fitness. Jerry is highly skilled and provides training based on your needs.I have had back issues for almost 8 years.
